United Discussion | Disgraceful treatment from the club towards loyal fans again
We keep letting them get away with this...

Supporters whose accounts were temporarily suspended received emails asking them to confirm the devices used to access their ticket accounts after the club detected what it described as "sustained activity".
While some fans have since had their accounts reinstated, others remain unable to access their tickets and insist they have done nothing wrong.
The club says it is tackling a widespread touting problem and has introduced an independent appeals process, but some supporters believe the approach has unfairly caught innocent fans in the net. Those affected have until 19 July to submit an appeal before their season tickets are cancelled.
The impact on loyal fans
One affected supporter has held a season ticket for 27 years, yet the club has confirmed that the restrictions on their account will remain in place. Another fan who spoke to local media in Manchester follows United home and away, regularly completing identification checks at away matches, but now faces the genuine prospect of losing their ticket.
One supporter has been told the restrictions on their account will remain because of the "balance of the available evidence", despite insisting the club has not provided any evidence of wrongdoing.
Local media in Manchester has reviewed email correspondence between the affected supporters and United in recent days.
From conversations with fans, it appears United have taken a broad approach to tackling ticket touting, leaving some loyal supporters caught in the middle and at risk of losing their season tickets. The club was also unable to explain how the affected fans had been identified by its system.
