There have been some ludicrous responses to England's defeat to Argentina.

We didn't expect to see calls for Lisandro Martinez to be sold.

For years, we have sung Argentina. There is now a regular Argentina flag in the Stretford End to celebrate our World Cup winning defender...

The 2022 World Cup winners marked their victory over England with a collective celebration with fans, with some of those players retrieving a banner from fans in the stands that declared: "The Falkland Islands are Argentinian."

This included Martinez. Does anyone care? We certainly don't.

Is it understandable why it happened in the heat of the moment after an emotionally charged match? Yes. Is that an excuse? Probably Not

Should any Premier League players involved have their Visas revoked? No. Is that an insane reaction? Yes.

Have a lot of people completely lost their minds and is there a competition to be most outraged? Not, for me to say
